Wij kunnen uw batterij/motor herstellen. Bij Bosch is er wel eens regenschade of gaat de BMS stuk. Deze heeft enkele typische componenten die defect gaan, wij vervangen deze zodat de batterij terug veilig kan werken. Bijna altijd minstens 40% goedkoper dan nieuw. Motor herstellingen

Ook voor herstellingen aan uw Bosch motor (altijd minstens 40% goedkoper dan een nieuwe motor) bent u bij ons aan het juiste adres:

• Motor is niet uit te lezen met Bosch Diagnostic Software

Te weinig bereik met 1 batterij? Wij ontwikkelden een systeem om een extra batterij tot 2000Wh samen met uw huidige batterij te doen samenwerken. Zo verslijten beide batterijen minder en hebt u dubbel het rijbereik. Ideaal voor trektochten of bergritten. In tegenstelling tot andere, onveilige en brandgevaarlijke range extenders zonder zekeringen, overlaadt of temperatuurbeveiliging is ons systeem compleet geintegreerd met het Bosch dual battery systeem, met alle bijhorende veiligheden. Zelfs het aangegeven batterijniveau en rijbereik zijn correct.

Wil je meer koppel (Nm)en vermogen uit je Bosch motor zonder de hoge kost van een nieuwe Performance of CX-motor?

Bij de Elektrische Fietsgarage kunnen we jouw Bosch-motor upgraden tot wel 90 Nm, zónder speedbox of software-aanpassing. Het gaat hier dus niet om de standaard 'chip'.

Deze unieke aanpassing gebeurt op hardware-niveau, via precisiewerk onder de microscoop. We modificeren de motorcontroller op de printplaat zelf – iets wat, voor zover wij weten, niemand anders aanbiedt in Europa!

Wat zijn de voordelen?

•  Vlotter de berg op

•  Meer trekkracht bij elke trap

•  Veel goedkoper dan een nieuwe motor (vanaf €350 i.p.v. €900 voor een CX)

•  Geen vervanging nodig: we gebruiken gewoon je huidige motor

Geschikt voor Bosch motoren van de 2e,3e en 4e generatie:
Active Line, Active Line Plus, Performance Line ➜ upgrade naar Performance Line of CX-gevoel!

Dankzij het feit dat de mechanische onderdelen in deze motoren identiek zijn, kunnen we met een aangepaste motorcontroller dezelfde prestaties bereiken als bij een Performance of CX motor.

Met reeds 12 jaar ervaring in het herstellen van Bosch batterijen kunnen we de meeste batterijen succesvol herstellen. Gemiddeld is een Bosch batterij hersteld voor €195, tenzij er iets mis is met de batterijcellen, dan ligt de prijs rond €370.

Twijfel niet om contact op te nemen. Wacht ook niet te lang vooraleer u ze laat herstellen, soms gaat de printplaat defect en dan kan die de batterijcellen compleet leeg doen lopen waardoor ze niet meer te redden is. Hoe vroeger, hoe beter!

Error code 113112 on a Bosch Smart System eBike typically indicates a communication or synchronization error within the control unit (the LED Remote or System Controller). This code often appears after a failed software update or if there is a temporary "handshake" issue between the remote and the rest of the bike's components.

​Since you are seeing a 6-digit code, your bike uses the Bosch Smart System (typically models from 2022 onwards).

​Quick Troubleshooting Steps

• ​The "10-Second" Reset:
• ​Turn the eBike off.
• ​Wait at least 10–20 seconds for the system to fully discharge.
• ​Turn it back on without touching the pedals.
• ​Check for Firmware Updates:
• ​Open the Bosch eBike Flow app on your smartphone.
• ​Connect your bike via Bluetooth.
• ​Check the "Settings" or "My eBike" section to see if a software update is pending or failed. Often, finishing a stalled update will clear this code.
• ​Inspect Physical Connections:
• ​Ensure the cable running from the LED Remote (the buttons on your handlebar) to the rest of the system is securely plugged in and not pinched or damaged.
• ​If you have a Kiox 300/500 display, remove it from the mount, check that the brass pins are clean and dry, and click it back into place firmly.
• ​If the Error Persists
• ​If the code does not go away after a restart and update check, it may indicate a deeper internal memory or configuration error in the control unit itself.
• ​LEDs Flashing Red: If the lights on your remote are flashing red and the bike provides no motor support, the unit may have "bricked" during an update.
• ​Dealer Intervention: Unlike older 3-digit codes (like 503), many 113XXX errors require the Bosch Diagnostic Tool, which only authorized dealers have. They can force a factory reset or "re-flash" the component to restore communication.
